Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form
The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to an alum who has brought pride and recognition to the Loyola University Chicago Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing by having achieved prominence in nursing on a regional, national, or international level. One award is given each year. Nominations must be received by January 6, 2025, to be considered for the 2025 award. Nominations received after January 6 will be considered for the next award cycle.
The criteria for the award are:
- Alumna/Alumnus of the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing.
- Sustained record of accomplishments in nursing education, research or practice.
- Continuing interest in the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing.
- Possessing such integrity and stature that the faculty, staff, students, and alumni of the school will take pride in and are inspired by their recognition.
